Each chapter of our network uniquely represents one professional per business category. For instance, if we already have a member specializing in residential real estate, we would guide you to a different chapter or explore the possibility of starting a new one. However, if your expertise lies in commercial real estate, you might qualify to join our current chapter.

What happens if a member delivers subpar work after receiving a referral?
We uphold a strict Code of Ethics, enforced by our Membership Committee. Should any referral result in unsatisfactory work, it is crucial for the referring party to inform the Membership Committee. They will conduct a thorough and professional investigation to address the issue.
How can we ensure new members meet our standards?
Our application process involves requesting references that are thoroughly checked by the chapter’s Membership Committee. Additionally, potential members participate in interviews. As our network is built on referral marketing, candidates must have been in contact with or invited by an existing group member before attending a meeting. Each new member is either sponsored or assigned a sponsor, who conducts an interview to further evaluate their fit with our standards.
I’ve been a BNI member for over 10 years and during this time BNI has not only helped me to grow my business through qualified referrals, it has also surround me with a community of professional service providers that I can refer to my friends and clients to help solve other issues they experience.
This is my second year in BNI, I am a group, Health Benefits Broker. I recently went out on my own and formed my own agency. BNI has helped my kickstart my business, by introducing me and referring me to people I would not have met, which in turn has created revenue for my business. BNI has given me the opportunity to make new friends and helped build confidence in presenting and marketing my business. We meet every week virtually but have a monthly social in person gathering where we really get to know each other.
